RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At YUNLING ("we", "us", "our") we want you to be completely satisfied with your matcha. This policy sets out your rights to return products and receive a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason — subject to the food exception below.
Food products / hygiene exception
Because our products are foodstuffs sealed for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items once the seal has been opened, unless the product is faulty. Unopened products with an intact seal may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, past its Best Before date, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@yunlingtea.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
How to return an item
To start a return, email us at hello@yunlingtea.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
