This policy explains how YUNLING ships your order. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery
Our products are shipped from our source region in Guizhou, China. Estimated delivery to the UK is [7–14] business days from dispatch, depending on the courier and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. [Any free-shipping threshold, e.g. "Free UK shipping on orders over £XX."]
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders below the UK low-value consignment threshold (£135), applicable UK VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, and you should not be charged additional import VAT on delivery. For larger orders, import VAT and any customs charges may be collected by the courier before delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within [21] business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@yunlingtea.com and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
