These Terms govern your use of yunlingtea.com and your purchase of products from YUNLING . By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We sell single-origin matcha and related products. We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and colours accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen displays them precisely.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. If a product is mispriced, we will contact you before processing.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for further details.
Food safety and intended use
Our products are food items for consumption. Please check the ingredients and allergen information and store as directed. Consume by the Best Before date shown on the packaging.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the YUNLING name, logo, text and images — is our property and may not be used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
